A much needed watershed organization has recently been formed to help deal with water quality issues in the fast-developing Hellbranch Run area. MORPC and DCA are helping the Friends of Hellbranch Conservation Society get started.

The group will seek solutions to quality of life issues such as urban sprawl, flooding, disappearing green space, and environmental degradation. It will promote responsible development in the watershed, and will seek broad-based support from area stakeholders.
