Oldest watershed-protection group in Central Ohio establishes web site.

July 26, 1999 -- Darby Creek Association officially opened its website today. The site contains:

• Recent Press Releases
• Updates on Current and Past Campaigns
• Electronic Edition of the Darby Creek Advocate (the DCA newsletter)
• An overview of the group’s history, beginning in the late 1960’s
• Information on the Trustees

Paul Dumouchelle, DCA Secretary and publications’ editor, said, "We expect our website to be an important resource for people wanting to learn about our organization and about how people can help preserve, protect and restore the unique natural treasure that is the Darby Creeks’ ecosystem. We will expand the site to include much more material as time goes by. It currently contains a great deal of information on the proposed Darby Prairie National Wildlife Refuge, which is the focus of our organizing efforts right now."
